JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Project Manager to join our
team. This role is responsible for driving project management and customer
coordination for strategic customers.

You will serve as the primary point of contact for tracking requests, managing
pending issues, ensuring schedule adherence, and coordinating resources. The
ideal candidate is a strong organizer and communicator who can bridge technical
teams and customers, facilitate on-site support when needed,



and continuously
improve service delivery.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Serve as the main project coordinator for strategic customers, tracking all
requests, pending issues, and deliverables to ensure timely progress and
resolution.
* Monitor project schedules, consolidate status updates, and provide clear
reporting to both internal stakeholders and customers.
* Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and feedback sessions to
identify areas for improvement and strengthen relationships.
* Coordinate on-site support and cross-functional rapid response team
deployments, including travel when required, to manage critical situations
and ensure successful outcomes.
* Identify opportunities for improvement during on-site activities and
collaborate with technical teams to define and implement enhancement plans.
