To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Customer Service & Asset Specialist (m/f/d) .
By combining excellent customer service with asset-related activities, you will help ensure smooth operational processes, support customer satisfaction, and contribute to the efficient flow of Tosca's reusable assets.

This position is based in Madrid (Spain) with hybrid working opportunities available.

Customer Service & Customer Support
Deliver a professional, responsive, and service-oriented customer experience.
Support the onboarding of new customers and help ensure a smooth implementation process.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication.
Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure a high level of data quality.




Coordinate stock reconciliations with customers and support the investigation of discrepancies.
Support the resolution of customer service and quality-related issues.
Asset Support & Inventory Coordination
Monitor asset movements and inventory levels.
Maintain accurate asset records and support transparency throughout the asset lifecycle.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions when required.
Assist with customer inventory checks, stock audits, and reconciliation activities.
Collaborate with logistics providers, customers, and internal teams to support asset availability.
Prepare reports related to stock levels, inventory balances, and asset movements.
Contribute to process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
