This is a senior, client-facing technical consulting role focused on delivering complex CRM implementations using the Creatio platform.
You will take ownership of the technical layer of projects, from solution architecture and configuration through integrations, deployment, and support.
The role involves partnering directly with client IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable, effective technical solutions.
You will work on sophisticated implementations for North American clients, with particular exposure to financial services environments.
Strong communication skills will be essential as you bridge technical concepts and business needs while guiding stakeholders toward practical solutions.
You will also contribute to the development of junior consultants and help strengthen internal technical knowledge and best practices.

Accountabilities
Architect, configure, develop, and implement Creatio CRM solutions tailored to complex client business requirements.
Own the technical delivery of CRM implementation projects across the full lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through go-live and ongoing support.
Lead integrations between Creatio and enterprise systems, ensuring reliable data flows, efficient workflows, and a strong end-user experience.
Collaborate directly with client IT teams and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget.
Translate complex technical concepts, architectural decisions, and integration approaches into clear and accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
