Your Role:

We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Senior Manager Corporate
Development to join Siegfried's Integral Corporate Development team, based in
Zofingen, Switzerland.

Reporting to the Global Head of Corporate Development and partnering closely
with Siegfried's Executive Committee and senior leadership team, you will help
shape the company's long-term strategic direction and lead the execution of its




highest-priority enterprise initiatives across our global manufacturing network.

This is not a traditional Corporate Development or M&A; execution role. Instead,
you will serve as an internal strategy consultant and transformation leader,
driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that create sustainable value
across the business. From defining long-term manufacturing network strategies
and optimizing our global footprint to leading transformation programs and
driving value creation following acquisitions, you will solve some of the
company's most important strategic challenges.

This position offers an exceptional amount of visibility and executive exposure.
It is designed for an experienced strategy professional who is ready to operate
