We're seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to join our UX Research team in Barcelona (hybrid). We are looking for a Senior User Researcher to become the dedicated research and intelligence partner for Prime, the heart of eDreams ODIGEO’s business. You will connect evidence from across flights, hotels, rail, ancillaries, payments, Customer Experience and international markets to create an integrated understanding of the Prime member journey. You will identify the strategic knowledge gaps that matter most, lead high-value mixed-methods research and advise Product Directors and executive leaders on opportunities to improve acquisition, engagement, cross-product adoption, retention, revenue and member experience.
