Almirall is looking for a Digital Assets Business Process Manager with a strong business and strategic orientation, responsible for shaping and evolving the Digital Assets ecosystem at integral and regional level.
Reporting to the Commercial IT Delivery Area Associate Director, this role acts as a key bridge between Business, Technology and external partners, ensuring digital platforms contribute effectively to commercial priorities, regulatory requirements and long-term business goals.





• Acts as System Owner for the assigned digital platforms, ensuring alignment between business priorities, governance needs and platform evolution.
• Partners with business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, anticipate future needs and shape digital operating models and solutions that support business growth.
• Maximizes the business value of digital solutions by defining best practices, influencing priorities and ensuring effective adoption across markets and functions.
• Defines how digital platforms and IT capabilities support end-to-end business processes, ensuring coherence across commercial, medical, regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Leads cross-functional coordination and decision-making to ensure digital assets are scalable, efficient and fit to support Almirall’s future digital engagement model.
