The Position
The Senior Solution Architect designs business-driven, standards-based, and future-ready solutions for the Assets Insights team within RDT Digital Operations and Reliability. In this role, you will be the primary technical authority responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our integral Software Asset Management (SAM) platforms (spanning both on-prem and SaaS/SMP) and our enterprise Showback mechanisms. You will provide technical oversight and direct guidance to engineering teams, translating product requirements and cost-allocation business priorities into robust,



scalable technical designs while actively managing technical debt.
As the technical anchor for Assets Insights, you will design the integration pathways, data models, and API frameworks necessary to ingest, normalize, and process complex asset telemetry from across the organization. You will maintain the technical vision and multi-year roadmap for our SAM ecosystem, lead vendor technical assessments for new SAM management capabilities, and ensure our Showback data engines meet strict NFRs for performance, scalability, and security.
