As a PPC & Paid Social Manager, you’ll take ownership of performance-driven advertising campaigns for a diverse portfolio of integral B2B and B2C clients. You’ll manage campaigns across Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn while using audience insights and performance data to drive measurable results. The role combines strategic thinking, hands-on campaign management, conversion tracking, and compelling ad copywriting. You’ll work in a fast-growing digital marketing agency where organisation, accountability, and client impact are highly valued. Accountabilities
Plan, launch, manage,



and optimise PPC and paid social campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Develop effective advertising strategies based on client objectives, audience insights, industry context, and campaign performance.
Set up and maintain conversion tracking through Google Tag Manager to ensure reliable campaign measurement and reporting.
Write compelling, results-oriented ad copy while maintaining excellent grammar, spelling, and brand consistency.
Interpret campaign briefs, identify missing information, ask relevant questions, and translate requirements into effective paid media campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, identify optimisation opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to improve results and efficiency.
Manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of organisation and consistently meeting deadlines.
