As our next People & Culture Intern, you will join our global People & Culture team and support initiatives that help create a positive employee experience across BASE life science. Through a combination of operational support, process improvement, and project work, you will gain exposure to the full employee lifecycle while contributing to the development of a workplace that empowers and supports its people.

In this role, you'll work closely with the People & Culture team, supporting them in key initiatives and gaining exposure to a wide range of topics and decisions that shape our workplace. This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and add real value as we continue to define how BASE develops as a workplace that empowers and supports its people. Reporting to our People & Culture Operations Manager and collaborating closely with the People & Culture team, you'll be involved in:





Your responsibilities include:

Supporting data maintenance and reporting activities across platforms such as SharePoint, BambooHR, and Workday.
Participating in the implementation, optimisation, and digitalisation of People & Culture processes.
Supporting integral people processes, including onboarding, employee changes, incentive payments, and local labour initiatives.
Creating clear and engaging communications for employees and stakeholders.
Collaborating within the Operations team while supporting People & Culture initiatives.
Participating in People & Culture projects and gaining exposure to the full employee lifecycle.

You bring:

Professional English proficiency, both written and spoken.
Currently studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master's students are preferred.
