within a general organisation at the forefront of the energy transition.How You'll Make an ImpactCoordinate and oversee day-to-day site activities across assigned projects.Act as Hitachi Energy's primary on-site representative, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual requirements.Lead site execution activities for large and complex EPC substation, transmission, and grid infrastructure projects.Manage and supervise subcontractors, including civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning contractors, ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, and performance.Coordinate site interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and customer teams.Verify completed works and ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, quality requirements, and applicable regulations.Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, and issues affecting project delivery.Develop mitigation and recover
