In this role you will shape customer-centric content and engagement for the renal portfolio across international markets. You will bridge brand strategy and execution, leading a Brand Insights team to turn insights into campaigns, content, and omnichannel experiences. You’ll influence launches, lifecycle management, and congress activities while coordinating with cross-functional partners. This is a strategic, impact-focused opportunity to scale content and commercial effectiveness in a general setting.

• Lead development of customer and content strategies translating brand objectives and market insights into engagement priorities
• Collaborate with brand teams, priority markets, medical, legal, compliance, insights, channels, delivery, and agencies to co-create campaigns and experiences




• Own strategic direction and lifecycle management of promotional and disease education content across markets and channels
• Drive omnichannel planning including segmentation, messaging, content formats, channels, and KPIs
• Support congress strategies including customer experience concepts, booth content, and post-congress follow-up
• Apply storytelling, behavioral science, and personalization to content and campaign planning
• Serve as the interface between brand strategy and marketing execution across the organization
• Use performance data and market feedback to optimize content and campaigns
• Manage agency partners and internal resources to meet strategic objectives and budget requirements
• Contribute to a collaborative, performance-driven culture with enterprise thinking and accountability

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 8-10 years in pharmaceutical/healthcare xqbhyrx or similarly regulated commercial environments
