About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead solution architecture and customer success for our image recognition–driven retail execution platform, across European markets. This is a hybrid role combining technical solution ownership with strategic customer engagement, ensuring successful deployments, adoption, and continuous value realization.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in ML/Data Science–driven products, enterprise solution design, and customer-facing program management. Experience in retail execution and image recognition is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Delivery
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Solution deployments across European markets.
- Translate business requirements into scalable AI/ML-enabled solution designs.
- Work closely with AI/ML, data science, engineering, and product teams to ensure technical feasibility and performance.




- Define and maintain integration architecture with client systems (e.g., Data platforms, sales systems, analytics platforms).
- Lead technical discussions, solution reviews, and architecture approvals with client stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to security, privacy, and compliance standards across markets.

Customer Success & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for key European clients.
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and expansion of the PEPIRIS solution.
- Monitor customer KPIs and ensure delivery against agreed business outcomes.
- Lead executive reviews, roadmap discussions, and value realization sessions.
- Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and solution enhancements.
- Manage escalations and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.

Program & Operations Management
- Oversee multiple deployments across markets, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
