In this role you will support the delivery of IT and business-change projects within a global, cross-functional environment. You will coordinate activities, maintain project documentation, monitor milestones and progress, and follow up on actions under the guidance of Senior Project Managers. You’ll collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to ensure projects meet scope, timelines and quality. This is a growth opportunity in project management within Atradius’ international ITS journey, driven by continuous improvement and delivering value.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Support planning, coordination and execution of project activities under guidance of Senior Project Managers
• Maintain project documents including plans, logs, risk/issue registers, minutes and status reports
• Monitor milestones and identify delays, dependencies or risks needing follow-up
• Coordinate project meetings by preparing agendas,



capturing decisions and next steps
• Collect and consolidate input from team members to support timely project reporting
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders for alignment and smooth execution
• Apply internal project-management standards, processes and tools for consistency
• Contribute to problem solving, continuous improvement and best-practice development

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years' experience as a Project Manager xqbhyrx or project support
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies and tools like Azure Boards, ServiceNow SPM, Microsoft Project
• Proficiency in English; advanced Spanish recommended
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams
