As part of the AI for Commercial Digital Customer Engagement Team, you will shape and scale AI-enabled engagement across therapy areas, linking data, CRM orchestration, and omnichannel activation to deliver coordinated, measurable experiences for healthcare professionals and consumers. You’ll partner with integral and regional teams to advance Customer 2030, emphasizing adoption and scale of enterprise capabilities. You’ll translate strategy into practical activation plans, drive cross-channel design, and ensure governance and compliance while elevating customer engagement maturity across the organization. • Define and deliver AI-powered customer engagement strategies that support therapy area and brand objectives.




• Translate the Customer 2030 vision into actionable activation plans balancing enterprise priorities with market needs.
• Drive omnichannel engagement design across digital and non-digital channels for coordinated, personalized, and measurable journeys.
• Shape audience segmentation and targeting using data, rules, and insights to improve relevance and impact.
• Embed CRM as a core orchestration engine linking field, content, and digital tactics.
• Identify opportunities to leverage enterprise capabilities such as marketing copilots, AI content generation, engagement engines, and insight-led planning tools.
• Define measurement frameworks and success metrics to optimize performance and business impact.
• Act as primary partner between Commercial AI and global marketing/medical teams to promote adoption of enterprise capabilities.
