In this role you drive high-volume motion ad variation production for paid media, translating brand essence into captivating assets and using AI-native tools to iterate quickly. You will connect creative work to performance metrics across Meta, TikTok, YouTube and more, collaborating with cross-functional teams to keep brand consistency and push innovative formats. This is a fast-paced, growth-focused opportunity to shape campaigns that move people while advancing the marketing team's impact.

• Analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROAS, engagement) to guide creative decisions

• Champion experimentation with motion techniques and AI tools to stay ahead




• Balance creativity with problem-solving and end-user focus
• Own the full creative process end-to-end from concept to final cut

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in motion design for paid media (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Display)
• Background in performance marketing or UA ads; understand metrics and outcomes
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on AI-native tools experience (Kling, Sora, Seedance, ElevenLabs, Nanobana, RunwayML, Midjourney, xqbhyrx Adobe Firefly)
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Creative Suite; Figma a plus
• Solid understanding of motion principles, color theory, typography for short-form/paid formats
• Portfolio showing motion work for paid/digital channels
• Video editing skills from concept to final cut
