In this role you will lead general demand generation campaigns to drive growth, integrating data-driven marketing with ABM to deliver high-quality leads and maximize ROI. You will collaborate across Commercial Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications to translate strategy into measurable campaigns. You help shape how we engage customers at scale and drive continuous improvement through analytics and automation. This is a cross-functional, transformation-focused role with a clear impact on commercial success.

• Plan, execute, monitor, and report on demand generation campaigns aligned with growth objectives
• Develop integrated campaigns using email, lead nurturing, social media, digital ads, and marketing automation
• Collaborate with Commercial Enablement, Product Marketing, Sales, and Communications to implement execution plans
• Act as SME and advisor on campaign management,



from lead gen to reporting and optimization
• Work with Sales to maximize lead-to-opportunity conversion and improve campaign effectiveness
• Design and run Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs with Key Account Managers for strategic growth
• Leverage customer insights and analytics to measure performance and drive improvements
• Lead process optimization and digital transformation through marketing automation and CRM technologies

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in demand generation, campaign management, lead generation, or related marketing function
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Experience with ABM tools; 6sense is an advantage
• Strong analytical xqbhyrx skills to interpret data and drive decisions
• Solid understanding of sales processes, lead management, and pipeline development
