We are looking for a new member of the team to ensure that our clients' mortgage completions run smoothly and flawlessly. The role involves managing the final stages of the mortgage process, coordinating all parties involved, and ensuring that every single requirement and document is in perfect order for the official signing.

Languages are a must in our company - English is an absolute must + other languages are highly valued. Spanish is also a must due to regular contact with Spanish institutions (notaries, banks, etc.).

The person we are looking for must be highly organized, detail-oriented, a great communicator, and the more experience in conveyancing, banking, administration, or real estate transactions, the better

What would be your Duties?




- Coordinate and communicate with all parties involved in the final stage of the mortgage process - clients, banks, solicitors, real estate agents, and notaries.
- Review, organize, and verify all necessary documentation and requirements needed for the completion/signing of the mortgage.
- Schedule and oversee completion dates, ensuring deadlines are met and any last-minute issues are resolved swiftly.
- Guide clients through the final bureaucratic steps, providing clarity and peace of mind before and during the signing day.

What qualifications are we looking for?
- High organizational skills and extreme attention to detail; you will be handling critical legal and financial documents.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage and push forward relationships with different stakeholders.
