Purpose of the Role

What you will do:
- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services.
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information.
- Consolidate and build the customer base.
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail.
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up.
- Monitor competitors’ products or services and develop selling strategies.
- Handle customer needs and inquiries.

Requirements:
- Language Skills: proficient or advanced level of Spanish. Good level of English (oral and written).
- Experience: 12 months of sales experience and customer interaction. Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Willingness to work independently with support as needed.
- CRM experience, able to use CRM tools to maintain customer records and support team efforts.
- Communication Skills: solid communication skills,



able to convey messages clearly, participate in meaningful conversations, and contribute to team efforts.
- Business Acumen: solid business acumen, able to understand business principles and contribute to operational improvements.
- Personal Skills: Proactive and motivated. A customer-oriented team player.
