The Creative Content & Storytelling Manager is the person who gives all of that a voice; across campaigns, formats, and audiences,



in a way that makes people feel something before they think something.

Your creative influence reaches across the whole CMC function. You are the narrative partner to the campaigns team, the creative collaborator to the thought leadership function, the story architect behind every major customer success narrative, and the person who ensures our content program stays ahead of how audiences consume and discover content in an AI-mediated world.
- WHAT YOU’LL DO

Campaign narrative development
- For every major campaign, you develop the narrative: the central creative idea, the story arc, the tone, and the emotional logic that makes every asset (from a LinkedIn post to an event keynote) feel like it belongs to the same conversation. You do this upstream of the campaign brief, in close collaboration with the campaigns & integrated marketing manager. They will define who the campaign reaches and how.
