About the Role

The Student Support Office is often one of the first places students turn to when they need guidance, information or support. As a Student Support Officer, you will play an important role in helping students navigate their academic journey while contributing to a positive and welcoming student experience.

No two days are exactly the same.



You may find yourself helping a new student settle into life in Barcelona, supporting someone through an administrative process, or guiding a student towards the right resources or services. The role requires empathy, sound judgment and the ability to balance the needs of different individuals while maintaining professional boundaries and confidentiality.

We are therefore looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, communicates confidently and can remain organised, approachable and solution-focused, even when managing multiple priorities.
