Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Data & Analytics to lead our data function and help shape the future of our e-commerce business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the company's data strategy, building analytics capabilities, and delivering actionable insights that drive growth, customer engagement, operational efficiency, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the organization's data and analytics strategy.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, data engineers, and business intelligence professionals.
- Establish data governance standards, policies, and best practices.
- Deliver actionable insights to support executive decision-making.
- Analyze customer behavior,



acquisition channels, retention metrics, and conversion performance.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and KPI frameworks.
- Partner with marketing, operations, finance, and product teams to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive forecasting, predictive analytics, and performance measurement initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, security, and compliance.
- Evaluate and implement new analytics tools and technologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of leadership experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related function.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, customer analytics, and digital marketing performance.
