Within Specialty Polymers, the Commercial Excellence team is a integral growth enablement partner, working hand-in-hand with markets, regions, and functions to unlock topline growth and strengthen commercial effectiveness. The SpP Commercial Excellence team operates as an internal advisory and project management team. Our mandate is to support growingthe GBU topline and market shares through a combination of capabilities, processes and tools:
- Partner with the market teams to reflect on untapped full potential growth opportunities for selected end uses, identify where we want to win,



articulate a unique value proposition and develop the commercial and innovation execution plan to bring new value faster to our key customers
- Elevate Key Account Management capabilities to become the preferred supplier of today and tomorrow’s market leaders
- Enable data-driven decision making through AI and digital solutions, enabling commercial teams to work better and faster (AI for leads generation, pricing, advanced analytics & Dashboarding)
- Own and continuously improve key commercial excellence processes to maximize value capture:Customer Segmentation, Channel Optimization, NPS, sales incentive structures
