Boutique Manager - Luxury Boutique | Ibiza, Spain

Location: Ibiza, Spain (In-Person)

We are seeking an experienced, friendly, and professional Boutique Manager to oversee the daily operations of a luxury boutique in Ibiza.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations and management of the boutique
- Provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience for all clients
- Build strong relationships with customers and confidently assist VIP and high-end clientele with professionalism and discretion
- Manage and process online orders using Shopify
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and product availability
- Lead, motivate, and support the boutique team
- Manage sales activities and ensure targets are achieved
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, store presentation, and brand image
- Support business growth while upholding luxury service standards

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Boutique Manager or in a similar luxury retail management role is preferred




- Experience working with VIP or high-end clientele is highly desirable
- Shopify experience for managing online orders is essential
- Friendly, approachable, and confident personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for luxury fashion and delivering outstanding customer service
- Eligible to work in Spain
- Experience in luxury retail, fashion, hospitality, or premium customer service environments is an advantage
