Job Title: Finance Administrator - Administrativo Contable.

Location: Málaga - 1 block from Alameda Principal

2:15 PM - 10:15 PM (Málaga time)

Full-time| 39 hrs/week

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Finance Administrator - Administrativo Contableto lead our day-to-day financial operations and administrative functions. In this role, you won't just be processing paperwork—you will be the backbone of our financial integrity. You will oversee accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), manage payroll administration, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Financial Operations Management: Oversee end-to-end processing of AP and AR, including vendor management, client invoicing, collections, and expense reconciliation.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Manage the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, tracking benefits deductions, tax withholdings, and compliance.
- Reporting & Analysis:Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements,



variance analysis, and cash flow forecasts for management review.
- Process Optimization: Evaluate existing financial workflows and implement software or procedural upgrades to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Compliance & Audit Support:Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors and tax professionals; ensure all practices align with GAAP (or local standards) and tax regulations.
- Internal Oversight: Monitor departmental budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure accurate general ledger coding.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5+ years of experience with the USA or Spanish Market in financial administration, accounting, or a closely related role (experience in a senior or supervisory capacity preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience.
- Software Proficiency:Deep expertis
