Construcciones GR7 Automation is seeking an experienced and strategic Enterprise Architecture Manager to lead the development and governance of enterprise-wide technology architecture. This role will be responsible for aligning business objectives with technology solutions, driving architectural standards, and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain enterprise architecture frameworks, standards, and roadmaps.
- Align technology strategies with business goals and operational requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that support organizational growth and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technical teams to ensure architectural consistency.
- Lead architecture reviews and provide guidance on major technology initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, modernization, and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enterprise architecture, IT strategy, or related leadership roles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex technology initiatives and organizational change.
