What is this role about?:
As a Corporate Lawyer, you will be at the heart of Bondora's governance and legal framework, ensuring that our corporate processes, statutory obligations, and governance structures support a fast-growing, increasingly regulated business. Working closely with senior leadership, board members, and cross-functional teams, you will drive corporate governance initiatives, support regulatory interactions,



and play a key role in shaping the governance framework for Bondora's transition to a regulated banking environment.

Your main responsibilities will be:
- Lead Bondora's corporate law matters, ensuring effective legal housekeeping, governance actions, and compliance with corporate requirements.
- Advise on corporate governance matters and help build and maintain a scalable governance framework aligned with the expectations of a regulated financial institution.
- Manage corporate governance processes and documentation, including board and shareholder matters, corporate approvals, and statutory records.
- Support regulatory filings, governance-related submissions, and interactions with regulators in collaboration with the legal team and key stakeholders.
- Play a key role in Bondora's transition toward a regulated banking environment, helping strengthen governance structures, policies, and processes.
