The Technical Aftersales Trainer is responsible for delivering technical training to dealership technicians and aftersales teams, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles according to brand standards.
Plan and develop the training centers infrastructure and programs.
Design and implement aftersales training programs for the dealer network.
Establish dealer staff training certification standards proportional to business volumes.
Develop, prepare, and translate training materials. Craft and deliver training in various formats, including in-person, online, and streaming, as well as blended approaches.
Collaborate with other departments to identify and create training plans that address market demands.
Organize both technical and non-technical training sessions.




Perform additional tasks related to aftersales training as required.
A Bachelors degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: At least 5 years in technical support or technical training roles, with a proven high technical proficiency in Internal Combustion Engines (ICE), Electric Vehicles (EV), Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicles (PHEV), and other vehicle technologies.
Proficient in video recording and editing to produce educational content.
Well-versed in aftersales issue resolution procedures, including but not limited to quality issue feedback and technical analysis.
High proficiency in English language communication.
