Position Title: Head of Europe & LATAM Sales
RNZ is a integral AGRI Inputs company based in UAE, manufacturing customized foliar and granular NPKs. RNZ runs a full fledged Research Centre working on ideation to commercial production of patented, fully sustainable biostimulants and bio pesticides for meeting future farming needs.
Head of Europe & LATAM sales is responsible for developing a business strategy for selling the company's products and services to assigned current and potential Strategic Enterprise customers. Develops a profitable growth strategy for selling the company's products to current and potential customers including specific plans to achieve both short and long term profitable growth. Executes sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
Assists in development of sales and marketing budget and subsequently ensures adherence to the budget numbers.
Sc (Agriculture)(optional) with MBA in Marketing from reputed
Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience in sales of specialty manufactured &
Proven track record of developing sales and driving market share growth.
