Main Duties Your key responsibilities will include: - Assist the Sous Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations maintaining Zuma's standards - Oversee the proper preparation, storage, and handling of food, ensuring strict adherence to Health + Safety and Food Safety regulations - Monitor kitchen costs and budgets,
