DSJ Global is partnering with a leading global provider of specialised healthcare and pharmaceutical logistics solutions to appoint a Sales Director Iberia. This is a confidential search for a senior commercial leader who can drive strategic growth across Spain and Portugal while leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing sales team.
This role is adecuado for an experienced sales leader with a strong background in pharmaceutical logistics, healthcare supply chain solutions, clinical logistics, or temperature-controlled transportation. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with a hands-on commercial mindset and a proven ability to win new business, expand key accounts, and build high-performing sales organisations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Iberian commercial strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth across Spain and Portugal.
- Manage, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals, ensuring strong performance against individual and regional targets.
- Establish and monitor key sales KPIs, including pipeline generation,



opportunities created, conversion rates, revenue growth, account penetration, and customer retention.
- Create a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, customer engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify market opportunities and execute growth initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers across pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical research, and healthcare organisations.
- Drive new business acquisition while supporting the strategic growth of existing accounts.
- Implement structured sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and performance management frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are translated into effective operational solutions.
