The Role
As





Executive Business Partner

, you will act as the primary strategic support to the Chairman & Group CEO, ensuring the effective management of priorities, stakeholder relationships and key business objectives.
You will contribute to enhancing executive effectiveness by coordinating strategic projects, preparing high-level communications, monitoring business initiatives and ensuring alignment across multiple business units and international operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the Chairman & Group CEO's complex calendar, meetings, international travel and stakeholder engagements.
Act as the key liaison between the Chairman & Group CEO and internal as well as external stakeholders.
Drive the execution and follow-up of strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion of actions and deliverables.
Prepare executive reports, presentations, briefing papers, speeches and high-level correspondence.
