Requirements: - Technical education or training in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering, Electrical, or Mechanical fields. - Solid experience (5+ years) in corrective and preventive maintenance of machinery, as well as team and vendor management. - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, plumbing, automation, and sector-specific equipment and facilities. - Experience in planning and executing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. - Experience managing KPIs, cost control, and interpreting technical drawings, manuals, and diagrams. - Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles. - Knowledge of safety regulations and quality protocols. - Ability to motivate, plan, prioritize tasks, and manage teams effectively. - Strong ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues under pr
