We're looking for an organized, proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Associate to support our BD team's daily operations. This role is the backbone of the department: keeping partnerships, pipelines, materials, and market intelligence running smoothly so the BD leadership can focus on high-level strategy and deal-making. You'll also help manage the company's marketing and social media presence. It's a great opportunity to gain broad exposure to how business development works in a fast-growing biotech,



with real ownership over processes and projects from day one.
You should have:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a business development, sales support, marketing, or operations role, ideally within healthcare, life sciences or pharma.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot or Salesforce.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple ongoing workstreams and deadlines.
- Good research skills, with the ability to synthesize market/industry information into clear, actionable summaries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for producing polished commercial and marketing materials.
- Comfort with social media management and basic content creation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Background in Life Sciences or related fields is a plus.
