We are looking for a Process Engineer – Powertrain Assembly to join our growing “Production Process Development” team, reporting to the Head of Process Development Production. As an expert for assembly processes in powertrain assembly (high voltage battery, motor & inverter), you’ll be at the forefront of the creation of next-generation electric motorcycles, batteries and associated products.
You’ll be responsible for developing dedicated assembly processes for the powertrain — such as leak testing & coolant filling, end of line testing, potting, sealing, foaming, wire forming & stripping, laser welding of battery & stator,



and magnetizing — taking them from prototype through to series production. Process qualification, validation and testing, including commissioning of the series production equipment, will be part of your responsibility. You’ll need to have hands-on experience developing complex assembly processes and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving, and highly innovative environment.
Be the technical lead in developing, selecting, testing and qualifying new assembly processes for battery/motor/inverter assembly, from prototype to series production
Install and develop new stable processes, including commissioning of the equipment and ramp-up support
Define quality systems and inline quality measurement to control the process in series production, guaranteeing stable production and reducing scrap to a minimum
Conceptualize, bring up, prototype, test and deliver related battery/motor/inverter production
