YOUR TASKS:

* Requirements elicitation support: gather requirements from our eCommerce




stakeholders and document them in JIRA/Confluence.
* Keep our projects documentation up to date.
* Update existing solution functional documentation.
* Update/Enhance User Manual.
* Create new functional documentation for our features.
* Help validate requirements implementation.
* Deal with any support requests and liaise between end user and the Team.
* Learning on a PO path - shadow and support the PO in meetings with
Team/Stakeholders.

YOUR PROFILE:

* You are a quick learner.
* You are a great communicator and are able to deal in a respectful manner with
people from different backgrounds and cultures.
* You are familiar with IT project management concepts and IT development
concepts without the need to program.
