Purpose & Scope
- The Omnichannel Content Manager plays a key role in enabling effective, customer-centric engagement by partnering closely with Brand Teams to translate brand objectives into integrated omnichannel execution. Combining strategic marketing understanding with digital and content expertise, the role helps identify and implement the most effective channel mix, content approach, and customer engagement tactics to maximize reach, relevance, and impact. Through the effective use of available global capabilities and best practices, the Omnichannel Content Specialist supports business objectives while accelerating the affiliate's transformation towards a more mature omnichannel operating model.
