You'll serve as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), and contribute to the return of experience (REX) and improvements, share best practices,
schedule templates and much more
You’ll specifically take care of developing and maintain the project schedule.
We’ll look to you for:
- Act as Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), or Sub-System Manager (SSM),
- Act as Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), or Sub-System Manager (SSM)
- Act as the right hand of the Project Manager (PM) / Chief of Development (CoD) / Chief of Operations (CoO).
- Act as the Project Manager’s trusted deputy, ensuring alignment across the core team and stepping in to lead when needed.
- Serve as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
- Owns the time management topic for their area, providing accurate and timely schedu
