Key Responsibilities
Act as a brand ambassador for Pandora, upholding the standards of the luxury goods industry in every interaction.
Provide exquisite, personalized support to Danish-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
Assist clients with inquiries regarding high-end product collections, bespoke gift advice, and order management.




Manage sensitive customer concerns with grace, diplomacy, and a deep understanding of premium brand values.
Maintain detailed records of customer preferences to enhance future shopping experiences within the Pandora ecosystem.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery for Danish-speaking markets.
Contribute to a culture of luxury service excellence, ensuring every customer feels uniquely valued.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is strictly required for this position.
