Assist clients with navigational support through financial digital platforms and payment verification processes.
Stay updated on the latest financial industry trends to provide accurate, value-added information to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve sensitive financial documentation issues effectively.
Contribute to the team’s success by meeting and exceeding performance targets through professional excellence.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Prior experience in the finance industry or customer-focused support roles is highly preferred.
Strong proficiency in English for professional communication within the office environment.
Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail, essential for managing financial data.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex financial topics with clarity.
