Key Responsibilities
Deliver professional, high-quality technical support to telecommunications customers via phone, email, and chat.




Assist clients with troubleshooting connectivity issues, mobile plan management, and billing inquiries.
Maintain a deep understanding of our client’s latest telecommunications products and digital service offerings.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving complex telecommunications queries with speed and accuracy.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant telecommunications services that add value to the customer experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve network-related technical concerns.
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM to ensure a seamless service history for every telecommunications subscriber.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit allowing employment in Greece.
