Maintain clear and professional communication in Danish via phone, email, and chat.
Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately in the internal database.
Stay updated on the latest trends and product releases within the competitive consumer electronics market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer inquiries efficiently.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest in modern technology and the consumer electronics sector.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
