Document customer interactions accurately within our CRM systems to maintain high service standards.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex product queries efficiently and professionally.
Stay updated on the latest consumer electronics trends to provide informed, high-value assistance to our Danish-speaking clientele.
Meet and exceed performance metrics related to service quality and customer satisfaction.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Passion for consumer electronics and a desire to learn about cutting-edge technology.
Strong communication skills and a professional, customer-centric attitude.
