Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support to subscribers of a premier video streaming service via chat, email, and phone.
Troubleshoot technical playback issues, account access, and billing inquiries with precision and empathy.
Guide users through the latest streaming features, device compatibility,



and content updates.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized, efficient, and professional communication.
Monitor and report emerging streaming trends or platform bugs to internal technical departments.
Document customer interactions within our CRM to ensure seamless service continuity across all platforms.
Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with an international team.
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for this relocation).
Strong interest in the streaming platforms industry and digital media.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
