We are currently seeking a motivated professional for a Czech Speaking Customer Service Agent position in Bulgaria, based in the vibrant city of Sofia. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality support to customers via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring a premium experience that aligns with company standards.




Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our internal CRM systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex service-related issues.
Continuously develop product and service knowledge to provide precise information to our diverse client base.
Contribute to a positive team environment, sharing best practices to improve overall department performance.
Adhere to strict service level agreements (SLAs) regarding response times and resolution quality.
Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Proficiency in computer systems and digital communication tools.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment.
