Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Danish-speaking clients, providing expert solutions within the Customer Support Services industry.
Manage complex inquiries via phone, email, and live chat while maintaining high standards of service excellence.




Identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system to track performance and improve internal service processes.

Native or fluent Danish (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
