We are looking for a full-time Industrial Planner in Trapaga, Bilbao.

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your industrial planning expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside young and proactive teammates. You’ll manage adequacy between demand and resources to reach customers QCD and project timescales while optimizing site resources with the corresponding functions. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Tender department, Project Managers and Demand planners),



apply Industrial Planning Golden rules, manage demand in the Core Planning Tools and ERP, and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of consolidating and analyzing the demand and forecast, but also check the consistency and completeness of the demand forecast and put in place corrective actions when needed.

We’ll look to you for:
- Inject the demand forecast into GSI (and/or Short-Term Monthly Demand Planning tool)
- For firm demand, validate the adequacy between the need expressed by the project team and the product lead-time communicated by the supplier before registering the firm need into GSI (through Sales Order, Activity Network, Purchasing Info Record (PIR), etc.)
- Guarantee that the data inside the ERP / Core Planning Tool are the latest update
- Collaborate in the execution of the quarterly S&OP;: Build the industrial planning for opportunities in coherence with inputs from tender team
