As part of our continued growth, TP-Link España is looking for an Internal IT Technician to support our local team in Madrid.

However, this position goes beyond traditional internal IT support. Our objective is to develop and train the successful candidate so that, over time, they can progress into our Presales and Technical Support team, specializing in enterprise networking and security solutions.

Tasks
1. Internal IT Support
From the first day, your main responsibilities will include:
Preparing, configuring and deploying laptops, desktops and other IT equipment for new employees.




Providing day-to-day technical support to TP-Link España employees.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, system and connectivity issues.
Managing and maintaining the company's IT equipment and internal infrastructure.
Supporting Windows environments, Microsoft 365 and other internal IT systems.
Ensuring that IT equipment and systems are properly maintained and available for employees.

2. Career Development into Presales & Technical Support
As part of your development plan, TP-Link will provide continuous training on our Enterprise solutions, including Omada and VIGI.
You will progressively develop the knowledge and skills required to take on responsibilities such as:
Technical presales support for TP-Link products and solutions.
Supporting customers and Partners in product selection and solution design.
Performing Wi-Fi coverage studies and technical assessments.
Designing and executing networking projects.
