We are currently recruiting a CQV Department Manager in Switzerland.
Location:
This a staff position and will be located in Basel, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

Direct report to the Head of CQV - Europe with active role on new hiring
Leads, develops and motivates direct reports defining targets and review performances




Promotes technical developments of all CQV resources developing programs and assigning high potential personnel to specific development trainings
Coordination of all ongoing CQV projects to ensure availability of resources to execute the scope of work, reviewing the progress with assigned CQV Lead identifying risks to mitigate in advance
Collaborate with other PM Group offices to promote trainings for internal resources on the latest pharmaceutical guidelines and standards
Prepare technical proposal to support the Sales department on new proposals
Support and promote the company safety program

Qualifications

Motivated and result driven
10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical projects
CQV technical experience
German and English fluent
