Qualifications
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or other relevant disciplines within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
• Miminum 6 years of Business Development experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with a strong focus on out-licensing.
• Proven experience in generic pharmaceuticals and specialty products.
• Good understanding of European pharmaceutical markets.




• A solid understanding of hospital and retail tender mechanisms, and how tenders influence product commercialization and partner selection.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. Additional European languages are an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Comfortable with working remotely and available for international travel.
