Key Responsibilities
Planning & Scheduling
Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Define WBS, critical paths, and key milestones in coordination with project teams
Track presente progress against baseline, identify deviations, and propose recovery plans
Review and integrate subcontractor schedules into the master plan
Cost Control & Reporting
Support cost tracking and budget monitoring (EAC, ETC, variance analysis)
Prepare S-curves, progress reports, and dashboards for management review
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of Variation Orders and claims when needed
Risk & Alert Management
Proactively identify schedule risks and bottlenecks
Raise early warnings to Project Managers and suggest corrective actions
Ensure timely communication of delays and their potential impact
What We Are Looking For
Must-have:
3+ years of experience in project planning and/or cost control within EPC projects
Solid knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project
Understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles




Experience in the renewable energy sector (solar PV, wind, or BESS)
Strong Excel skills and reporting capabilities
Fluent in Spanish and English (professional working level)
Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid
Nice-to-have:
Experience with BESS projects
Knowledge of grid connection processes
Familiarity with Power BI or other visualization tools
Experience working with subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
